Experience
Austin has some 40 years experience of the industry with particular emphasis on Development Land.

Position
Austin is a Director of Allen & Townsend Assoc. Ltd since 1977.

Affiliations
Austin is a Fellow of the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute.

Mary Dillon BComm., Assoc IAVI 

Experience
Mary has some 9 years professional experience in the residential market in Dublin. She takes particular responsibility for the new homes market and is also responsible for all aspects of second hand residential sales and valuations.

Position
Mary joined Allen & Townsend in 2001 having previously worked in the Residential Dept. of Sherry FitzGerald for 4 years.

Education and Affiliations
Mary is a graduate of UCD with a Batchelor of Commerce gaining an honours degree and specialising in Marketing, she is also an Associate Member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.

Tim MacMahon BSc, MRICS, ASCS, MIAVI

Experience
Tim’s experience is in both the Irish and the UK market; having worked in London for 4 years in retail, agency and development. His role in Allen & Townsend includes advising on the disposal and acquisition of development land and commercial investments.

Position
Tim worked with Dalgleish & Co. and CB Richard Ellis in London for 4 years. He commenced work with Allen & Townsend in April 2006.

Education and Affiliations
Tim is a graduate of Auctioneering, Valuation & Estate agency Diploma course, Dublin Institute of Technology, a Batchelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brooks University, Oxford and is a qualified Chartered Surveyor. Tim is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Society of Chartered Surveyors and the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute.

Katie Ahern - Negotiator

Katie Ahern joins Allen & Townsend with eight years general sales experience. She will work closely with Austin and Tim MacMahon on the Retail and Office Agency instructions.

Mary Mortell – Office Manager

Mary deals with all customer service and office management issues. She has been with Allen & Townsend since 1998.
